Process & FAQ

Process & FAQ.

Transparent from consultation to handover – and answers to the most common questions.

How it works

From the first idea to the first evening beneath it.

Six steps, one point of contact. You decide, we take care of the rest.

  1. 01

    On-site consultation

We look at your terrace, façade and intended use and configure the model, dimensions, colour and features together. The quotation is drawn up right there in the conversation, at a fixed price.

  2. 02

    Order

You sign the order; it becomes binding with our order confirmation. For contracts concluded at your home, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

  3. 03

    Measurement & technical survey

Precise measurement and inspection of the ground, wall and power supply. You receive a drawing for approval.

  4. 04

    Production

Once approved, the pergola is made to measure and powder-coated by the manufacturer – usually within 6 to 8 weeks.

  5. 05

    Installation

Delivery and installation usually take one to two days. We assemble, align, connect the motor, lighting and sensors, and tidy up afterwards.

  6. 06

    Handover

Joint acceptance, introduction to operation and care. And then: the first evening beneath it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which pergola is right for me?

We answer these questions together during your consultation – here are the essentials in advance.

How large can the area be?

Up to around 5 × 7 m, a single module is sufficient. For larger terraces we combine several modules or choose systems with extra-long louvres – up to 6–7 m wide without a central post.

Free-standing or attached to the house?

Wall-mounted saves two posts and uses the façade. Free-standing (island), the pergola can go anywhere – even in the middle of the garden or by the pool. Between two walls, a wall version is possible.

Do you want the roof fully open?

Then we choose a system whose louvres slide together into a stack or retract completely. If shade and rain protection are your priority, rotating louvres are the perfect choice.

My location is windy – what now?

Hillside, roof terrace, open countryside: for these we recommend systems with a high wind resistance class (up to class 6 according to the manufacturer). In sheltered gardens, all systems are suitable.

Do I need planning permission?

That depends on the federal state, size, distance to the boundary and local development plan. For an initial assessment, use our Pergola Check; we also provide the drawings for your application.

How much does a louvred pergola cost?

The price depends on the model, dimensions, type of installation and features. During the consultation we calculate a fixed price with you on site – including installation and delivery, every item listed individually.

How long until installation?

Once you have approved the drawing, the pergola is made to measure, usually within 6 to 8 weeks. Installation itself usually takes one to two days.

Which colours are available?

All pergolas are powder-coated to Qualicoat standards. The most popular choices are anthracite RAL 7016 and white RAL 9010; further standard colours are available, and any RAL colour on request.
